Common Layar Issues

I found an error in one of the layers!
Layar is an open platform for third-party content, and we are unable to make changes to individual layers. If you discover errors or bugs within a specific layer, please contact the developer directly. You can find this information in the layer's description.

My Android phone crashes after updating Layar, or fails to download Layar properly.
Problems of this sort can often be solved clearing your Android device's app data and cache. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Layar and hit "Clear Data." If you experience further issues with the Android Market, consult this list of common errors and fixes.

My iPhone isn’t showing content in any of the layers I try.
Not all layers contain data in all locations. If you are certain that a layer is failing to display content in your area, try logging out and logging back in.
